| The application of information technology increases the development of information technology in education. Micro-blog, microfilm and a series of micro demands emerge as the time require, and raise new demand for the extract and dispose of information. In recent years, the newly rising micro lecture injects new blood into the educational field and challenges the traditional education: the change of instructional mode, the optimization of teachers’ teaching methods and the enhancement of students’ ability of accepting and managing information.
