With the development of our country economy, people demand for material culture is growing, seeking sports culture with Chinese characteristics is urgent, in the history of ethnic minority sports culture, one pearl drop down the ancient book Cuqiu sport, it is important heritage to the ethnic culture, it is also the important part of traditional minority sports. Cuqiu sport evolved from ancient sports game of Cuqiu, and popular in Hui, Miao, Tu and other ethnic groups. It is primitive simplicity, various forms, rich in content,reflecting the minority nationalities one period of time’s the way of leisure and entertainment. Liaoning province is a big sports province, the most of population in the province are minority,there are the advantage group to develop the national culture inheritance, it is an opportunity for a big sports province to injection of excellent national culture.This article through the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, the methods of on-the-spot investigation method of the eighth minority sports in Liaoning province each Cuqiu sports team to research, analysis of the current main problems of Cuqiu sports in Liaoning province, found that it is widely popular, but it’s density small, the reserve talented person levels is low, professional coaches and athletes are less, the facilities is lack of, regional Cuqiu sports competitions and exchanges are less, propaganda is not enough.For Liaoning province Cuqiu sports in carry out some practical problems, this paper puts forward the following Suggestions:(1) Physical Culture minority administration in Liaoning Province macro-control efforts should be increased in order to promote the development of minority policy Cuqiu movement. The province’s cities should support and encourage the ballgame sports training before work, so that each team of kick ball sports training work can be normal and orderly.(2)Education Management will incorporate sports curriculum Cuqiu movement of all ethnic groups in our province’s primary and secondary schools, students focus on their traditional sports of minority interests and hobbies, to dig ballgame athletes seedling, build a scientific system of Cuqiu Talented athletes training system.
