Tennis sport with its unique features such as leisure, fashion and elegant, was deeply loved by Chinese people, meet the modern background of the development of the socialist market economy system in our country. And the basic task of schools is to cultivate talents, talents cultivation direction the restriction of the economic system and structure adjustment. In the talent demand and the reality of the contradiction between social development situation, our country have opened in the universities sports education specialized courses for the purpose of cultivating professional talents of tennis tennis specialty. But by the results of recent years, did not resolve the expected tennis talent tension and the contradiction between students’ employment difficult. Investigate its root causes, from the point of all the process of fostering talents in universities and colleges, the teaching quality is the lifeline for training talents and improve the teaching quality is an eternal subject of universities to solve the current problem.This research adopts literature method, questionnaire method, interview method, hierarchical analysis method and mathematical statistics, etc., to colleges and universities sports education professional tennis in teaching target, teaching conditions, teaching content and teaching method four easy ways to investigation and study, through the analysis, to explore the influence factors on the quality of the university sports education majoring in tennis teaching, the specific research results are as follows:1. In each college tennis in curriculum setup found that many teachers to the specific content of the teaching goal has the phenomenon of confusion; Direction in training students’ ability, teachers tend to basic tactics, organizing teaching and tennis basic knowledge and ability, and ignore the development of the students’ ability too.2. In this paper, the teaching condition is divided into software and hardware condition is studied, found that most of the middle-aged teachers mount guard work after training and teaching of significant proportion; And just take part in the work of young teachers, because working time is short, the teaching practical ability to learn from middle-aged teachers with rich work experience; And found that each college tennis venue shortage, and some facilities for failing to get reasonable management and maintenance, makes the currently prevalent problems in venues tense; In terms of teaching ball, only few schools offer specialise in the class, but still can’t meet the needs of teaching practice.3. The university sports education professional tennis in single materials using range, and many college textbook version is old, limit the expansion of the teaching content; In terms of the choice of teaching content, teacher selected teaching content and students want to grasp the teaching contents will inconsistent phenomenon; Due to different universities open tennis in term, lead to the total school is different, but significant differences on the teaching content arrangement order.4. At present, traditional teaching methods in colleges and universities sports education in professional tennis teaching, is still popular with the teachers, and some advantages of modern means of teaching method has not been widespread use; But through the survey of students, majoring in tennis class students demand for teaching method has a high degree, so the traditional teaching methods have been unable to meet today’s students for tennis learning curiosity.
