Curriculum quality evaluation is an unavoidable practical problem in the development of higher education in China.It is also an important measure to realize the rejuvenation of the nation through education and to train higher education talents in the new era.This study using the literature material method,expert interview method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics research methods,such as in the following systematic,independent,gradation and operability,etc,on the basis of constructing principle,taking the 9 courses in professional sports basketball special public undergraduate colleges and universities as investigation object,the full investigation of chongqing normal university sports professional basketball special course to open the status quo,the chongqing municipal ordinary university sports professional basketball special quality evaluation index system for curriculum construction,The quality evaluation index system of basketball special course of physical education major in colleges and universities in Chongqing was formed,including 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 42 third-level indicators.The following research conclusions were drawn:1)The current situation of basketball special courses for physical education majors in colleges and universities in Chongqing needs to be further strengthened.In the aspect of teacher team construction,the imbalance of gender structure and professional title structure of teachers is serious,which needs to be further improved.However,in terms of educational level,the overall performance is good,and the educational level of teachers can basically meet the needs of curriculum construction.Teachers generally have more years of teaching experience,teaching experience is relatively rich.On the whole,the teachers of basketball special course of sports major in Chongqing colleges and universities are good,which provides a basic guarantee for the sustainable development of basketball special course of sports major in Chongqing colleges and universities.In terms of curriculum setting,all colleges and universities have selected fixed textbooks according to their own teaching practices,but they have not adopted unified textbooks yet.In terms of teaching content,the course relatively ignored the teaching of theoretical knowledge and the training of basketball referee skills,but paid more attention to the skills and tactics,physical quality and actual combat matches.The teaching method adopts the mode of combining various teaching methods for teaching.The game method to stimulate students' interest in learning and the feedback method to check the classroom effect are relatively less used and need to be strengthened.In the aspects of course teaching duration,course hours and credit setting,there are obvious differences due to the different training schemes of each school.The content of examination has the same problem as the course content setting,that is,the lack of theoretical knowledge and judging skills examination,the examination content system needs to be improved;The examination method is mainly the combination of the level examination and the process examination,and the proportion of the process examination should be increased.The site and facilities for the implementation of the course are in good condition and can basically meet the teaching needs of the course.In the aspect of the evaluation objective value of the basketball course,the students' satisfaction with the teachers' teaching methods,teaching attitude,technical demonstration level,teaching content and teaching effect were investigated.The results showed that the students' satisfaction with each index was high,indicating that the implementation effect of the course was good.2)this study on the full investigation of chongqing normal university sports professional basketball the status quo,on the basis of specific courses through two rounds of Delphi expert investigation method to selection of evaluation indexes,finally build contains 4 first-level indicators,15 secondary index and 42 three-level index of chongqing normal university sports professional basketball special course quality evaluation index system.3)using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)construct the chongqing normal university sports professional basketball special course quality hierarchy model of evaluation index system,by experts of various levels indicators are compared,and two to establish judgment matrix,the matrix consistency ratio CR were less than 0.1,meet the requirement of consistency,and finally calculated the chongqing normal university sports professional basketball special course quality evaluation index system of weights.Among them,the importance degree of the first-level index is ranked as teaching staff(0.3561),curriculum teaching(0.3010),curriculum implementation effect(0.2482),and curriculum setting(0.0947).Among the second-level indicators,the top three in the ranking of weights are teaching ability(0.1642),students'learning situation(0.1474)and teaching attitude(0.1353).Among the three indicators,the top three ranked by weight are classroom preparation(0.0902),demonstration level of special skills(0.0867)and development of special skills(0.0795).4)In the preliminary construction of the evaluation index system,the revision and determination of the model,and the determination of the weight of the index,the research methods are reasonable,the results are reliable,the primary and secondary are distinct,and the weight is reasonable,making the evaluation index system scientific and systematic to a certain extent.
