Study On Bayinggoleng State Occupation Education Problem Under The View Of New Rural Construction

In the comprehensive construction well-off society’s historical background, the party’s sixteen session of the fifth plenary session made a strategic adjustment of construction has China characteristic socialism new countryside, and puts forward the overall goal of construction, points out the new direction and path for the life and production and management of farmers. The starting point of the construction of socialist new countryside and the foothold is to solve the "three rural issues", thus increasing the income of peasants, agricultural growth, rural stability. Farmers are the main force in the construction of new socialist countryside, the core and the key to solve the "three rural" problems, is to improve the rural labor quality, cultivating new farmers with high quality. In recent years, although the state has increased the occupation education support and capital investment, the development of occupation education has achieved remarkable results. But we should also be soberly aware that, due to the restriction effect of the government level and occupation colleges own development problems, occupation education contribution to the construction of new rural areas there are still some limitations.This article is based on this background, proposed the Bazhou occupation education problem of the new rural construction from the perspective of the study of this topic, starting from the important status and occupation education in Bazhou occupation education for the new rural construction, through a questionnaire survey of the way, the different level from farmers own understanding of occupation education, government of Bazhou occupation education attention degree, occupation education development itself, a comprehensive analysis of all kinds of problems existing in Bazhou occupation education, and put forward to strengthen the development of Bazhou occupation education views and suggestions.Hope that through this study, can provide some theoretical reference and basis for decision making to support the occupation education development for the government to introduce relevant policies.
