The Research On Rural Labor Force’s Occupation Skill Training’s Problem And Analysis In Yibin

“Problems about Agriculture，Ruralareas and Peasantry”Has always been very concernedabout the party and the state and the high degree of attention,Training of educated and skilled, willoperate the new farmers are currently building a new socialist new countryside an important task.With Yibin social and economic development, the quality of the rural labor force have becomeincreasingly demanding,Thus stimulate the rural labor vocational education and training of thestrong demand,Government and society can not provide this education and training corresponds.This study has some regional, as the case of Yibin City, Sichuan Province,Research andvocational training of rural labor force found that the problems identified for the study of problemsand shortcomings, propose targeted measures and methods, thus contributing to Yibin City, therural labor force further development of vocational skills training.This article first account of the geographical environment in Yibin City, and economic andcultural base, staying briefly in rural labor force nearly two years, gender, age and education and soon. And then selected the most representative of two towns to collect research data, combined withlocal village leaders, grass-roots training and government-related staff interviews, Yibin City,summed up the current vocational education and training of labor problems, analyze problems ofreasons.In addition, this paper also developed by domestic agricultural provinces and the United States,Japan, Korea, France and other developed countries in agriculture, vocational training, labor forcecomparison study, summed up the domestic and vocational skills training for workers should learnfrom Yibin City, relevant experience and practices.Finally, through analysis of the problem, the author combines his own knowledge, favorable toYibin City, vocational skills training for rural workforce development strategies and advice.
