Research On Vocational Education To Improve Entrepreneurial Skills Of New Professional Farmers

The main requirement of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is to build the rural area into a new type of rural area with prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural atmosphere,effective governance and rich life.In June 2019,the State Council issued the guiding opinions on promoting the revitalization of rural industries,which pointed out that agricultural and rural resources are the basis of rural revitalization,Farmers are the main body of Rural Revitalization and development.In order to achieve rural revitalization,it is necessary to give full play to the leading role of farmers,strengthen the leading role of scientific and technological innovation,promote rural innovation and entrepreneurship,and enhance the self hematopoietic function of the people.This research is based on the domestic and foreign vocational education school running mode,domestic and foreign vocational education training content,mode and the relationship with the entrepreneurial skills of new-type vocational farmers.It is based on the vocational education theory,human capital theory,rural economic theory and human's all-round development theory.Through the analysis of the proportion of vocational education and rural population,agricultural output value,new Based on the research and analysis of the interaction between the new-type vocational farmers and the current situation of agriculture in Jiangxi Province,the training mode of entrepreneurial skills of the new-type vocational farmers in Jiangxi Province,and the existing problems,and using the questionnaire data obtained from the field survey,the multiple linear regression analysis is carried out.The results show that the new-type vocational farmers' education level,occupation,annual income,and understanding of vocational education SIG value of degree,demand degree and teaching method are all less than 0.05,which have a significant impact on the explained variables vocational education to improve the entrepreneurial skills of new vocational farmers.These six factors reflect the demand of new vocational farmers for vocational education and training in Jiangxi Province from the perspective of vocational education,new vocational farmers and entrepreneurial skills,and also reflect that vocational education can effectively improve the learning ability,market analysis ability,risk resistance ability and other entrepreneurial skills of new vocational farmers.In addition,it also analyzes the case of vocational education to improve theentrepreneurial skills of new vocational farmers.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for vocational education to improve the entrepreneurial skills of new vocational farmers from five aspects.Education and teaching level: strengthen the rationalization of the curriculum in the vocational education system,vocational education should be from practice to theory,and then from theory to practice,reasonably set the time for the development of vocational education activities,do a good job of curriculum planning,according to the time gap between farmers' production and rest,to establish the achievements of farmers' vocational education and entrepreneurial skills of practical opportunities,so that farmers' vocational education to practice.New-type vocational farmer level: raise the traditional farmer's thought understanding to the vocational education,strengthen the transformation of the traditional farmer,strengthen the new type professional farmer People's self-learning ability,cultivate the new type of professional farmers self-innovation,enhance the new type of professional farmers' social adaptability.Policy propaganda:project drainage,strengthen rural development,introduce outstanding talents,help vocational education,perfect talent management system,perfect skills comprehensive identification,so that new type of professional farmers have entrepreneurial skills.
