Since entering the 21st century, our country’s higher education particularly emphasis on upgrading the teaching quality and content development. Implementation of teaching quality engineering, and construction quality resource sharing lessons, have played a very important role to enhance the quality of higher education. However, there still exist many problems at the school level. So it becomes a way of teaching reform which has important research value, to exert the students’learning initiative, allow students to engage in self-exploration, generate and create a network programs resource before class, classes, after-school under the online learning platform’s support.On the basis of review and analysis the relevant literature, the author combed Generative Teaching, Little Teacher and PBL theory. Meanwhile, she integrates subjectivity, generative, situational and other ideas into "generative" Teaching Mode. The practical teaching launches in the "e-learning topics" course, trying to change the traditional roles about teachers and students, that is students as a group playing the "little teacher’s" role. Before class students independently create a network courses, courses report and exchange ideas, after-school complete resource consolidation and reflection. In this process, teachers provide guidance and assistance. Teachers and students promote the generation of curriculum resources in an interactive process. She adjust and optimize the "generation" of teaching through action research. The author use questionnaires and interviews to verify the model’s effectiveness on the following four aspects:the changing of the teaching purpose, teachers’and students’role, resource generation mode and teaching evaluation. This paper gets the following conclusions:1. Currently generative teaching caused widespread concern of educators, but the resources generated subject is teacher, ignoring the role of students generated. In addition, people didn’t pay enough attention to generate resources’ preservation and finishing.2. Integration related theories, the author try to build the "generation" of teaching.3.The "Generative" teaching mode launches in the "e-learning topics" course, enhancing the learners’ initiative, increasing the participation of teachers and students.
