Preschool education should strive for government,family and community participation,which has become a kind of education consensus.It means that the preschool education should establish network closely with the surrounding environment,and social capital is the structural resources which is based on the network as the main carrier.Therefore,there are correspondence between preschool education and social capital.Considering rural preschool education didn’t find a suitable route for a long time,the success of integration management mode in Anji country can bring new thought on social structure to support rural preschool education development.Based on the above considerations,the study attempts to apply the theory of social capital two-way explain interaction between rural preschool education and the village,to provide new ideas for the development route of rural preschool education and the village of good governance.The research method is case study,taking the Z town L village in Anji country as the research object.The data are collected through observation,interview and other methods.The specific research ideas is based on the theory of social capital in network,norms and trust of three major elements,combined with the actual situation to defined them in rural areas.In this paper,chapter one is the introduction,clarifies the research background and significance,the definition of the concepts,research status and thinking. Chapter two examines the route that social capital of L village effect the kindergarten. It is analyzed from three stages,including early development,construction period and operation stage,and tries to reveal the presentation and action result of rural social capital in different stages of development in kindergarten.It is discovered through empirical investigation that the absence and insufficient of social capital hinders the process of development of the kindergarten. With invigorated and reconstruction of social capital,the kindergarten gains plenty of support in the period of construction,to ensure the kindergarten built successfully.In the operation stage,the rural social capital further embedded into the daily operation of the stage,to help the cooperation between kindergarten and family,creation of environment,daily management,enrollment rate of increase and implementation of the game.Chapter three investigates the kindergarten nurturing community from the perspective of village governance.This part selects three aspects of village governance,the result found that the development of the kindergarten provides network resources for daily management of village affairs,establishes norms for the construction of the village folk,and cultivates trust for the development of public welfare undertaking.The last chapter discusses the reason and specific route to realize co-governance between L village and its kindergarten. The sustainable development of the kindergarten depends on rich rural social capital,and the kindergarten is the important carrier to realize village of good governance,these two points is the reason that realize co-governance.The specific routes to realize co-governance has three points.Firstly,the kindergarten’s networks constitute one of the elements of social capital which can help for the co-governance between village and kindergarten,mainly displays in establishing the management network of kindergarten,and dredging the communication channels between family and kindergarten.Secondly,the norms and concept of preschool education nourish one of the elements of social capital which can help for the co-governance between village and kindergarten,mainly displays in making the disciplines of the preschool education,and guiding the preschool education concept and norm of reciprocity. Lastly,the trust resources of kindergarten cultivate one of the elements of social capital which can help for the co-governance between village and kindergarten.mainly displays in cultivating the general trust between family,kindergarten and community,and utilizing the idiosyncrasy credit in acquaintance society of village.On the basis,the paper puts forward the enlightenment and prospect of the study. Continual interaction between the village and the kindergarten provides more possibilities of cooperation,and eventually achieve a virtuous circle of co-governance and win-win situation.The prospect of the research have three points.First of all,using quantitative research of social capital can be further examining the relationship between preschool education and community.Secondly,choosing the city or between urban and rural area for the object can also launched a similar study.Finally,the micro social capital in kindergarten can also be a point of study.
