A Comparative Study Of Classical Chinese Test Questions In College Entrance Examination Of Chinese Between China Mainland And Taiwan

China is a big country with a test, there are many examinations in our country,College Entrance Examination is the most eye-catching exam, it is also the most controversial test. Chinese in the College Entrance Examination occupying a core position, and Classical Chinese test questions is an important part of College Entrance Examination of Chinese. This phenomenon both in the mainland and in Taiwan are more prominent. Although the mainland and Taiwan share a common ethnic and cultural traditions, there are quite different in the two places about the literacy requirements on students’ and the attitudes to traditional cultural. Taiwan has a deep classic cultural complex, they focusing on daily teaching concepts of national culture and carrying on the cultural classics, their students have a very solid classical skills. This is not only the deficiency of Classical Chinese teaching in mainland, but also we need the guidance of the teaching and propositions which we should learn from Taiwan.This paper mainly use the Comparative study and literature analysis method, to research about Classical Chinese test questions in the College Entrance Examination of Chinese both in mainland and Taiwan. This article focuses on the comparison of the value orientation of education on both sides, and the differences on content selection of the Classical Chinese test questions in the College Entrance Examination of Chinese in both sides, as well as the differences in patterns of tests, and this difference brings the beneficial enlightenment.By the comparison, We can be found in Taiwan College Entrance Examination of Chinese Classical test accounts for the proportion to be big, the materials are come from the class selections, the examination questions are flexibility, interesting and have a flavor of life. The test mainly based on the objective questions, but the form is too single. By contrast, Mainland College Entrance Examination of Chinese Classical test accounts for the proportion to be small, the materials are come from the outside,and the question forms are varied, but the setting are lack of diversity. Taiwan have awide range of Chinese Classical test than Mainland, in the detection of Chinese tools and knowledge, while taking into account the knowledge of literature, academic thought and cultural knowledge. Reflecting the Taiwan area pay attention to the cultivation of students’ Chinese accomplishment on culture and classical learning. It is a meaning thing for mainland to the Classical Chinese teaching and testing, that will be worthy thinking for the mainland educators.
