The campus football has been taken place for five years, and Lanzhou city as the first national pilot city has made some progress to develop the campus football. It is preliminary established some elementary school, junior high school, high school from university of different learning stages, such as linear connection level 4 training mode for the development of campus football, which plays an essential role for most of the high school campus and becomes four key cultivation model that can produce good performance. This article uses the literature material method, interview method,questionnaire survey method, observation method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods. Eight high school campus football in Lanzhou city are regardedasinvestigation object.Byanalyzingandthe situation of the management,facilities, funds, basic circumstances, participation, popularity in campus football, draws the following conclusions:1. Lanzhou stationing high school campus football’s governing body is composed of education and sports departments, but not form a close contact between them and causes some existing blind spots in management,which not give a full play to the role. At the same time, existing school management leadership did not enough emphasis on the campus football activities;2. The faculty of Lanzhou High school football activities is weak, and the football teachers can barely meet the construction of campus football team, which are unable to meet the other students to participate in the activities of football; even though the amateur Soccer training for teachers is brought into teacher’s class, but the low entry subsidies affect the enthusiasm of the teachers’ training;3. As the contradictions increasingly highlight since the high school football activities involved in Lanzhou city. The number of freshman students in football increased, but with the increase of learning grade in particular to a substantial reduction in participation in senior 3,the main reason is that entrance pressure is big, the parents refused to students participate in football; 4.The high school football in Lanzhou city equipped with enough facilities, but some place area is too small which hindered the the extracurricular activities of football training effectively; 5. The system of the competition is not perfect enough, the campus football of Lanzhou city is lack ofadequate research before the competition to be carry out,which lead to part of the school campus has not reached the requirements of in the league, affected the enthusiasm of students to participate in, and also did not achieve the purpose of creating a high atmosphere of the campus football; 6. All the high school carried out the extracurricular activities and football classes, but exposed some problems that the football class as well as its content design without involving the teaching object, which also show us the poor organization of this activities; 7. Lanzhou city lack of good football atmosphere, which makes the campus football activities of each composition element lack the correct understanding of activity, and also isn’t unaware of the internal cause is the root of things change.Suggestions:1. The designed high school management leadership need to be in charge of the campus football activities and improve the level of scientific management, to strengthen the collaboration and contact between the various departments, organize the campus football activities from the macroscopic level. Also high school leadership should adhere to the people-centered football and put more emphasis on the development of campus football through various channels to raise funds to develop the campus football; 2.According to the actual situation to increase the stationing of high school football coaches’ training and competition funds, at the same time, attaches great importance to the talent introduction and pays special attention to the other sports teachers’ football training work of the project;3. Aiming at the contradictions problem of high school students in training and establish a good incentive mechanism, broaden the way out for the excellent professional talents of school campus football and try every to provide excellent football students entrance conditions, gradually eliminate concerns arising from the students parents;4.All the designed high school must strengthen the construction of the space equipment and the organizers need try to cover existing space narrow problem with a more flexible ways; 5.To Perfect competition system and carry out the suitable football league format and develop high school campus in Lanzhou city;6. PE. teachers should fully understand the students’ physical and mental characteristics and arrange the content with rich interesting football lessons and extracurricularactivities to cultivate the students’ interest in the sport. At the same time expand the scale of the students and encourage them to participate in the campus football activities; 7. To vigorously promote the campus football activities and strive for the whole society to pay more attention and supportfor the high school campus football activity. |
