The Development Characteristics Investigation Report Of Campus Football School In Lanzhou

In 2009, China's campus football was officially launched in the country. After five years of promotion and development, it has begun to take shape.In 2015, China proposed to establish the construction of the campus football school, the first batch of selected characteristics of the 8627 campus football schools and 38 campus football pilot counties.The campus football has been raised to the height of the "national strategy".The research object in this paper is the Ministry of education to determine the characteristics of the 43 schools in Lanzhou city school football management,football teachers, students, parents.Literature data, questionnaires, interviews,statistics and logical analysis are used in this research.The content of this research is basic situation of football school, coaches,student-parent-school management attitudes and cognitive, physical protection(equipment, security mechanisms, funding sources), the teaching and training of basic information and aspects of School Football League.Through the research of the 43 campus football school in Lanzhou City, the results of the research are summarized as follows:1?The development of the campus football school is better and the organization and management of campus football is sound.The proportion of the preparatory establishment conforms to the basic requirements of the state.Students' enthusiasm for participation is high, and the cognition and motivation of football on campus are better,however,the overall layout is unreasonable, the distribution of schools in the county is not balanced, especially in rural primary and secondary schools.The number of young people who really participated in the football activities is small, the overall number of campus football school characteristics.The overall quantity of campus football characteristic school is insufficient.the organized activities are low in individual schools,which play a poor demonstrated role.2?Lanzhou City Campus football characteristics of the school's coaches are overall higher levels of education,with the reasonable age and professional title structure and a good professionalism and professional ethics.But the number offull-time coaches or football teachers is insufficient.For the lack of theoretical knowledge and skills of some teachers in football,teaching and training ability need to be improved. Each school coach's teaching level is different.Professional coaches are too concentrated resources.There are fewer opportunities for training and improving related levels.3?Lanzhou City Campus football special school venues and equipment can meet the basic requirements of teaching and training.The overall construction of the site is balanced, mainly in the plastic ground.Football related funding is still able to support the basic teaching and training needs,schools of all levels cognize the national strategy of campus football in place.But the overall quantity of the site is small; the space is narrow; the site quality level is uneven.At the same time, from the perspective of the sustainable development of the campus football characteristic school,its funding is tight and inadequate.Mainly in the school to participate in the league's expenses can not be guaranteed;normal teaching, training equipment is still inadequate.The lack of security and security mechanism, the contradiction between learning and training is outstanding, and the teaching of soccer in some schools is still not guaranteed.4?Most of Campus football characteristics of the management in Lanzhou city have a better attitude for the development of campus football.Most parents can correct the positive role of the football game on the physical and mental development of children,and students have a great interest in football activities.However, with increasing grade of the Lanzhou City Campus football school students and academic pressure,The development is caused by the current situation and look forward courageously.5?Lanzhou City Campus football league system basically established,the enthusiasm of schools to participate in the campus Football League is higher.But the results of the individual competition is too large, which dampen the enthusiasm of the team and affect the quality and effectiveness of the League.The campus Football League and the social league tournament's cooperative communication is less,lack of perfect evaluation, incentive mechanism and the corresponding incentivemeasures,which causes attractability enough of the non strong campus Football League and the overall driving force.In view of the above conclusions, this paper gives the corresponding development strategies:1, Develop campus football balanced and strive to enhance the number of young people involved.2 ?
