Entering the new century, as higher education gradually entered the civilian stage, it has trained a large number of highly qualified personnel for businesses and has had a positive effect to promote the rapid development of China’s economy. But at the same time, the increasing number of college graduates makes the employment situation of College Students gradually serious. The employment policy is important to the stability of the country and people’s livelihood. So, employment of college students has an impact on the development of China’s economy, social harmony and stability, it becomes the focus of public attention.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is a minority nationality regions which the Mongolian nationality dominated, the issue of employment for college students who are taught in Mongolian is propitious to strengthen national unity and promote economic development in ethnic minority areas, and it has far-reaching significance on the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development and develop the country through science and education. As part of the group of College Students, the Mongolia ethnic minority students also face difficult employment issues, and due to the limitation language, customs, and other comprehensive ability of its own minorities factors make the employment problem is more severe. Therefore, it is far-reaching to get good employment of college graduates by Mongolian, not only relate to the overall development of the individual student, but also have respect to the personnel training and cultural heritage of ethnic minorities.In this paper, the university graduates taught by Mongolian is the object of study, the "situation analysis- the inner mechanism- empirical Analysis- countermeasure analysis " is the main line. The gist of this paper is to do research and analysis on employment issues through the methods of literature research, comparative studies, empirical analysis and normative analysis and by referring to the relevant theory and literature in home and abroad, and combining with data of the university graduates ’employment taught in Mongolian and questionnaires.Status analysis is mainly about three aspects of the current situation of employment in overall, the subject classification and the school classification and it found the emergence of the problems in the process when Mongolian teaching university graduates getting jobs. The internal mechanism mainly analyses from the perspective of Marx’s theory of employment, labor market supply and demand perspective, the labor market and the human capital income investment perspective, the job market to analyze environmental perspective. It tries to reveal the inherent problem of the employment of Mongolian University graduate from the multi-angle and all-round perspective. The empirical analysis is mainly from the individual, school and macroeconomic factors to discuss the influence on the employment of college graduates taught in Mongolian. Empirical analysis of Individual factors uses datum from questionnaire to do the Logit regression analysis about factors on the employment of college graduates taught in Mongolian; school factors based on datum from questionnaire about the satisfaction for career guidance and social practice of the organization’s universities; An empirical analysis of macroeconomic factors is basing on the data of statistical yearbook about Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s economic growth and absorptive capacity of the industrial structure for Mongolian teaching university graduates. Analysis of countermeasures mainly offers some policy suggestions from the perspective of the students, schools and government.
