Public Policy Research. Of Structural Unemployment Of University Students In China

The structural unemployment of the collage graduates is becoming a worldwide problem since 1990's, China is a developing country and the economic structural is adjusting and improving continuously, the unemployment of the collage graduates is more obviously, and the government has done a lot of work for graduating students' employment, they have published a serious of public policies, but there are still some aspects should be improved. Therefore, the research for the government's public policies in collage graduates' unemployment is of great practical value.Firstly, this thesis stated the definition, characteristic, the sorts and the condition of the structural unemployment of the collage graduates, and introduced the definition and the necessity of the public policy in solving the structural unemployment of the collage graduates.Secondly, the thesis analyzed the reason of the structural unemployment of the collage graduates in different aspects.Thirdly, the thesis outlined the current situation of the and pointed out the imperfections of the public policies in structural unemployment of the collage graduates, and summarized the relevant policies carried out by some foreign governments, then concluded the advantage of the experience of the foreign country.Finally, the thesis optimized the government public policies in structural unemployment of the collage graduates from following aspects: make the precedence developed strategy, develop the training and vocational education, adjust the major setting, innovate point system, consummate the graduates' employment market.
