Teacher professionalization has become the trend for the world development on teaching and education. With the constant curriculum reform of Elementary Education, teacher need to continually improve their teaching attainment, lift up their professional levels, abandon old teaching concept and methods, so as to adapt to the new curriculum. Education on pre-service teachers is to bring up them to be excellent ones, which is very critical. As the basic vector of teacher education, curriculum for pre-service teachers directly influence, the quality and qualification of bring up teachers. Basing on the actual situation of Henan province, from the launch of Teacher’s Education Curriculum Standard(Trial) in 2011, Education Institute for pre-service teachers has actively responded with making adjustment and reform to the courses, which tremendously improved the current courses for pre-service teachers. Through investigation and analysis on several normal university in Henan province, including the aspects of curriculum concept, structure and content, the paper has found some issues and put forward some feasible suggestions by making careful analysis.The paper contains six parts:First, introduction. It mainly explains the reason why selecting this subject, the significance, the study of home and abroad on this subject including the thinking and method, and defines the concept of elatedly concepts.Second: theory and background. This part mainly focus on the arrangement of curriculum on pre-service teacher and its policy basis and actual background, so as to provide basis for the construction of Henan curriculum for pre-service teachers.Third: by making analysis for the current status and feature of curriculum for pre-service teachers in development countries, this paper provide important reference to the setting of Henan curriculum for pre-service teachers.Forth. This paper does investigation to the current status of the setting of Henan curriculum for pre-service teachers.Fifth. By summarizing the major issues with the setting of Henan curriculum for pre-service teachers, this paper makes system analysis for its reasons.Sixth. Basing on the issues on the setting of Henan curriculum for pre-service teachers, strategy suggestions has been given in this paper of optimizing the curriculum structures and enriching the curriculum content.
