| Teachers’ professional quality orientation and core quality orientation further improve the requirements for teachers’ professional growth and development.As an important basis for teachers’ pre-service education,it is particularly important to study the curriculum setting.Based on the cultural homology of Taiwan and mainland China,and the prominent advantages of Taiwan’s pre-service education curriculum,the curriculum of Taiwan’s pre-service education is systematically studied.This paper analyzes the advantages and characteristics in the formulation of curriculum objectives,the arrangement of curriculum structure and the planning of curriculum contents,so as to provide powerful experience reference and evasive optimization enlightenment for the curriculum setting of pre-service education for teachers in mainland China.This study makes a comprehensive use of literature research,case study and comparative analysis to study the curriculum of pre-service education for teachers in Taiwan.Through the collection and analysis of relevant literature,the theoretical basis and practical needs of the topic selection in this study are elaborated,and the research significance is illustrated to provide research ideas and development context for this paper.Second of all,the teachers’ pre-service education curriculum in Taiwan to study the theoretical basis and policy basis,so in this paper,the different orientation of curriculum theory on its curriculum and revelation,and introduces in detail the influence its curriculum policy,and then for the research of paper provide strong theoretical support and policy support.Thirdly,by analyzing the curriculum benchmark of pre-service education of teachers in Taiwan,the paper proposes its influence on the curriculum setting of pre-service education of teachers in Taiwan,so as to provide research ideas for the overall promotion of the paper.Fourthly,the present situation,characteristics and problems of the pre-service education curriculum of teachers in Taiwan normal university are deeply studied by case study method,so as to provide feasible enlightenment and evasive Suggestions for the pre-service education curriculum of teachers in mainland China.It is found that there are three characteristics in the curriculum of Taiwan normal university.Including the professionalism,relevance,specificity and operability of the course objectives;The curriculum structure emphasizes the extensiveness of educational professional knowledge,the cultivation of future teachers’ practical ability and the individualized and comprehensive development.The selection and design of the course content not only show the basic and comprehensive,diversified and forward-looking,but also reflect the unity of theory and practice.At the same time,there are some problems in the curriculum,such as too much autonomy and lack of cooperation and action research.Finally,this paper analyzes the current situation of teacher pre-service education curriculum setting in mainland China with comparative analysis method,and puts forward the enlightenment of Taiwan teacher pre-service education curriculum setting to mainland China,and draws the following conclusions.First,curriculum objectives and core competence indicators should be specific and timely updated to reflect The Times and operability;Second,efforts should be made to improve and enrich the curriculum structure and adjust it flexibly.Efforts should be made to increase the proportion of professional courses,elective courses and practical courses in the overall curriculum.Third,broaden and extend the content of the curriculum and on the basis of The Times and effectiveness,including timely enriching and updating the content of the pre-service education curriculum and the education reform and the trend of The Times as the basis for its renewal,while actively strengthening the content of the education practice curriculum and activity arrangement. |
