Teachers' pre-service education is the first step of teacher education,influencing the whole quality of teachers.improving the quality of teachers' pre-service education is an important aspects to improve the quality of education.This paper focuses on the Australian teachers' pre-service education,attaches great importance to the teaching practice,and pay attention to teachers' pre-service education results,etc.Learning and drawing lessons from the successful experience of the Australia teachers' pre-service education,in order to provide advice and reference for teachers' pre-service education in our country.Paper mainly divided the following parts:The first part research the origin and development of Australia teachers' pre-service education.Australia Teachers' pre-service education is divided into colonial and independent periods.In the Colonial period,teachers' pre-service education level is not high,training institutions shift from private teacher training to normal school,and finally to the development of normal college.The curriculum attention the cultivation of teaching methods.Attaches great importance to the teaching practice,and practice teaching occupy a large proportion in the whole education."Gentlemen" system is the main approach at the time.With the development of education,the university involved in teacher training.After the federal government was founded,the Australian teachers'pre-service education training institutions transform to university.The curriculum becomes richer,education class subjects increase,most courses according to students'interest in their study,strengthening the cooperation of the university and primary and secondary schools teaching practice.The second part mainly analyze it's curriculum setting,training target,teaching practice and the Accreditation of Initial Teacher Education Programs in Australian.Curriculum meeting the actual of primary and secondary school teaching;Attaching great importance to the teaching practice,strengthening the contact university and primary and secondary schools;And the national teachers' professional standards and the national standard of pre-service teacher education program,ensuring the teachers'pre-service education of high quality.The third part summarize its characteristics and analyze it's problem and development trends.Pay attention to the teaching practice;Strengthen the national standard for teachers' pre-service education,paying attention to the characteristics of teachers' pre-service education results.There are some problems:lacking of literacy and mathematical ability;the academic knowledge courses' satisfaction is not so high;the scheme identifies is not so strict;the ability of pre-service to evaluate the date needs to be improved.To adapt the current teachers' pre-service education problems and the demand of social development,the Australian teachers' pre-service education develop in the direction of the following:strictly choose strictly choose fledglings,to improve teachers' barriers to entry;Improve and structured the experience of teachers'pre-service education,to strengthen the practice effect;improve graduates evaluation,improving the quality of graduates;Teachers' pre-service education course a strong quality assurance.Finally putting forward some suggestions and enlightenments:build the accreditation of Initial Teacher Education Programs based on college's performance;plan course Scientifically and reasonably;Attaches great importance to the ability of the teachers' pre-service education practice.
