In recent years in our country for the primary and secondary school music education attaches great importance to, introduced a lot of relevant policies. Now a lot of school music education system is increasingly perfect, music classes rate also increased than before. Music activities gradually increased at the same time, enrich the students’ extracurricular activities. In addition to the necessary teaching textbooks, classroom teaching has also been gradually popularization and use of multimedia equipment. In general, the music education in recent years has made very gratifying achievements. But it must be noted that the rural poor areas, primary and secondary school music education still has a lot of problems to be solved: music opening rate is low, a serious lack of music teachers, the corresponding music facilities complete, and some schools even without music teaching facilities, national policies implemented in these places is slow. According to the new round curriculum reform of basic spirit and requirements, strengthen the compulsory education stage of primary and secondary school music education present situation investigation and study, become a very urgent task.
