Research On The Indigenization-professionalization Social Work Professional Relation

With the construction of harmonious society, and the government of the people’s livelihood policy stressed that Chinese social work to accelerate the development trend is obvious. By assisting the government to social welfare services, to provide support to help, social work gradually to expand his influence. However, still in the initial phase of Chinese social work need for the indigenization of theory and system, which has its own characteristics. As one of the most concentrated performance field in social work values and ethics, in the process of construction of local social work professional relationships, professional relationship with the Chinese traditional culture collision and friction, which we continually review to construct suitable for Chinese native culture situation of the importance of the professional relationship. Combined with the reconstruction of social work practice involved more profound the influence of cultural factors for professional relationship, therefore, this study combining professional relationship theory and case interview, analysis of the current plight of post-disaster reconstruction of social work in China and puts forward the train of thought, to explore with Chinese characteristics, the local guide professional relationship. The conclusion of this study is not for western professional relationship, questioned or denied, but will consider professional relationship in domestic situations in China. In the last, it will construct the indigenization-professionalization social work professional relationship.Based on qualitative research, the thesis mainly discusses the reconstruction of social work practice, front-line of social workers in the post-disaster reconstruction on the relation between professional processing experience. Through participatory observation and in-depth interviews of this study is trying to present professional relations profoundly of the troubles and choice process, thus puts forward some ideas of the construction of the indigenization-professionalization professional relationship.The study found that the core value of the indigenization-professionalization professional relationship is adhere to the cultural sensitivity, and implements the indigenization-professionalization line of professional social work relations and social work trust model construction. Processing of professional social work, social workers must have a strong cultural sensitivity, and can seize the social work ethics and the fit of the traditional Chinese culture, so as to effectively maintain professional relationship with egotism boundaries; And through certain way to establish trust relationship with egotism, this trust point to the final is bound to lead to professional social work, rather than a social worker himself; And it also need to be in the purpose of the professional social work, under the guidance of altruism. This institute the indigenization-professionalization is the fusion of foreign experience and domestic experience, the fusion many contradictions and conflicts exist in the process, makes the indigenization-professionalization formation process of professional social work relationship is not imagine so well, but this is for the establishment of professional social work relations established the direction.
