Study On The Cultivation Of Adolescents’ Volunteerism In The Ideological And Political Course

With our deeping reform and opening,China’s economy has developed dramatically.In the condition of market economy,great changes have taken place in Chinese society. At the same time,Chinese society has entered the era of diversification beyond doubt.Meanwhile,it causes a great deal of social problem which have great dange to the civil society.Some scholars propose that we can carry out a society reconstruction. So to cultivate citizens who own volunteerism would invariably achieve the goal. Adolescents are in a critical point of the formation of values.Therefore,strengthen ideological and political course in cultivating adolescents’ volunteerism is particulary important.This paper first describe the meaning of volunteerism,and pointing out cultivating adolescents’volunteerism in the period of social transformation in China is necessary.Comparing the domestic situation of volunteer service activities of the adolescents with the abroad,we can find that in China the cause of volunteer service and the development of the adolescents’ volunteerism both are weak.Faced with the situation,we can get lots of inspiration and experience by analyzing the strength of the abroad.Combined with the ideological and political teaching practice,we can propose the countermeasures to cultivate the adolescents’ volunteerism.First,we should search the content about volunteerism from teaching material and the news.Second,we should adopt experiental learing in the ideological and moral course.For another,we could adopt serve learning in the ideological and political course.The last,we should enhance the quality of teachers.In the lastet part of the paper,showing the teaching design about cultivating the adolescents’ volunteerism in the ideological and political course,in order to enhance the practice value of the paper.
