With the development of information technology, there blooms the network education gradually. The new teaching theory, teaching method and learning method brought by the network education have been gradually influencing and changing the traditional classroom teaching and teacher education. Network Training, as a product of network education in the field of teacher education, plays an important role in widening teachers’ development space, in creating communication and cooperation space for teachers and in providing various research resources and research methods, has increasingly become the core of the teachers’ professional development. At present, the teachers network training has received wide attention from the academic fields, and be largely put into practice. However, the current research on a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of network training is still lack of incompleteness. To build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system is a problem needs to be solved immediately.In order to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system, this thesis made a systematic analyse and summary of the inner and outside broad research on the topic of network training evaluation, uses the research method of literature analysis, Delphi and AHP, researches deeply on the teachers network training evaluation standards from the evaluation perspective, and aims to design a ‘scientific, reasonable and easy evaluation index system of teachers network training’, providing bases and references for other educators and the training communities in assessing teachers network training or establishing the evaluation index system of teachers network training.This paper has five parts. Part 1 is introduction. This part mainly introduces the research background, the research aims, the research meaning, the research content and research methods. Part 2 is literature review. Based on the research method of literature analysis, this part defines the connotation of network training and evaluation index system, briefly explains the theoretical basis and its enlightenment on the subject, and summarizes the current research situation of domestic and international network training evaluation, and sorts out the indicator of network training. Part 3 is the construction of the evaluation index system of teachers’ network training. This part is the core of this study. By mainly following the steps of building evaluation index system, drafts, modifies the index system and distributes weights. Among which, drafts the index system based on the literature analysis and frequency statistics method; based on the Delphi method, modifies the index system through two rounds of expert consultation letter; distributes weights based on the Delphi method and the AHP analytic hierarchy. Part 4 is the application guidelines of the evaluation index system of teachers’ network training. This part briefly discusses the application scope, the application steps and the matters need to pay attention to and others. Part 5 is summary and prospect. Here the author gives the conclusion, the innovation and the shortage as well as the ideas for further research.The innovation of this study is that it is guided by the modern education evaluation theory, viewing on the training process and training performance of teachers and supported by scientific research methods. Then there is the construction of the academic evaluation index system of the network training and the explanation of the guidelines for application of this system. Except its deficiencies, this thesis can provide some reference for the further improving of the evaluation index system of teachers’ network training.
