With the national emphasis on teacher training, more and more areas begin to actively respond to national call, and organize teachers on the front to participate in the training, the network training is widely used in teacher training because of its convenience and bw cost. As the main learning object and knowledge sources of teacher, network training resources whether can really meet the realistic requirement of teachers and solve the problem of teaching are concerned issues. During the internship in a distance education college of a university, the author had the opportunity to participate in a national training project of primary Chinese teacher, in the course of this project,the author had the following findings after research, when conducting training, the institution would apply existing training resources into another training again by selecting and restructuring in order to avoid resources wasting, but it was not known whether the resources would be able to meet the needs of teachers after restructuring. Based on this, the research is about to build an evaluation index system of primary Chinese teacher network training resources as a starting point, to decide whether there are gaps between current network resources provided by training institution and teachers' needs, what are the gaps, that is providing a resource selection criteria for the training organizers, thereby making the training institutions organize resources better to improve training effect and realize the goal of training.Focusing on the problems above, this research combed and analyzed the current network resources evaluation research by collecting a large number of literatures firstly. The author found that the network training resources evaluation research was deficient, most of the evaluation research was aimed at general network learning resources, thus it was necessary to conduct this research. In the process of collecting literature, the author also understood the concept related to research, and defined the concept of network training resources based on the purpose of the research.Secondly, the author understood the present situation of the primary Chinese teacher network training resources through the implementation of the questionnaire survey and interview, found out the problems existing in current network training resources, and obtained some evaluation factors. At the same time, the author processed 208 evaluation index items in the way of merging similar items, distinguishing cross items and delete unrelated items on the basis of literature reading, and also summarized some evaluation factors.Finally, the author designed the evaluation index system of the primary Chinese teacher network training resources preliminarily based on the first two steps. In order to ensure scientific nature and rationality of the evaluation index system, guided by the Delphi method, the author collected advice from different experts by sending out expert questionnaire worked out in advance. The evaluation indicators were modified and finally determined through two rounds of experts advice consultation. The next job was to determine the index indicators'weight by adopting analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Judgment matrixes were built based on identified evaluation indicators, and transformed into weight coefficient questionnaires, then the author sent out and collected questionnaires, and checked consistency of questionnaire data that were imported into the software called yaaph. It is necessary to repair the data failed to pass consistency check, if they couldn't be repaired, the data would be discarded. Next getting the averages of evaluation indicators from different experts to determine the weights based on the data that passed consistency check.After completing the above steps, this research applied the evaluation index system in the national training project of primary Chinese teacher, explained evaluation subject and mode of evaluation operation about evaluation index system in detail. Finally the author collected the relevant evaluation data through questionnaire survey, verified the rationality and validity of the evaluation index system,conducted the statistical analysis by SPSS 20,and put forward some suggestions for primary Chinese teacher network training resources of this institution...
