Along with the new concept of curriculum reform, new ideas, new methods such as deepening the whole process of education based on practice, the contemporary middle school political lesson teacher’s education teaching work in China is facing great opportunities and challenges. As an important part in the process of secondary school education, political lesson plays an important role in the process of middle school students become adults, plays an important role. As the backbone of the moral education with the core, the middle school political lesson teacher quality directly affects the middle-school student to setting up the correct world outlook, the outlook on life, values and culture. Based on the middle school political lesson teacher of Huainan city in Anhui province as the research object, through questionnaire investigation, case analysis and other methods to study the status quo of Huainan city middle school political lesson teacher quality, analysis of the current middle school political lesson teacher quality work achievements and deficiencies, and proposes the corresponding countermeasure in view of the problem.
