Since the concept of Local Curriculum Resources has expanded to the field of Chinese basic education,the research which are based on the Local Curriculum Resources and its integration and utilization is constantly appearing. Those achievements, which are from the evolution process of Curriculum Resources history to the research of related field at home and abroad, from the discussion of methodology to the construction of the theory, from national planning to the local investigation, extremely enrich the research of Local Curriculum Resources and its integration and utilization, as far as the width and depth.As a whole, the integration and utilization of local curriculum resources in Ningxia is relatively behind schedule. But the local curriculum resources development of art course is further scarce. The value of artistic beauty、historical culture and folklore in Hui craft art is very suitable for being an art course in basic education. Based on the above situation, how to integrate and use the Hui craft art needs to be further analysed and discussed.Part one relates to topic proposing、mathods researching and the meaning of this research, which shows the value and sense of integration and utilization of Hui craft art course.Part two, by means of dividing the meaning and extension of Hui craft art and Local Curriculum Resources, to clear the thesis’ foundation.Part three, proposing five facts which are national and local policy、the local course requirement for art cours、the reality of policy implemening、the theoretical building of Curriculum and Instruction Theory and art course of integration and utilization in other places, to be used for this thesis’ background. By way of analyzing the above facts,to show the value and necessity of the integration and utilization of Ningxia Hui art course.Part four, by building the basic cognition of Ningxia Hui art course resouses from the functional classification point of view, classify Ningxia Hui art course resouses which is material course resouses. Takeing an example that Hui craft art is suitable for entering the category of art course from the aspect of selecting local art course resourses. Expounding the characteristic that the teacher is both material course resouses and material resouses, and then analyzing teacher’s important function in the progress of developing Hui craft art in local course resourses.Part five, by reorganizing and analyzing the present fact of Local course resource integration, summarizing existing experience and examining the shortcomings. Also finding out the reason why the progress of integrating and utilizing the Ningxia local course resourses would make mistake, which providing reference for the work of integrating and utilizing Ningxia Hui craft art local course resourses.Part six, to put forward proposals and give ideas about resource integration for Hui craft art local course resourse, meanwhile, make suggestion for its using. At last, collect all advices in both resource integration and its using.
