Literature analysis and case analysis are applied in this paper to explore the relevant theories of physics teachers’ experiment teaching culture and analysis of the present situation of physics teachers’ experiment teaching of accomplishment and some ways to enhance their experiment teaching culture are included. In the process of physics experiment teaching, using a certain strategy, exerting the teachers’ leading role, strengthening teachers’ self humanistic cultivation and moral self-cultivation, improving the teachers’ teaching ability, and giving a teaching case are quite important. This research based on the approaches of improving physics teachers’ experimental teaching accomplishment includes the preliminary teaching practice and the analysis of promoting the teaching practice and the influence of its effect. The research result shows that the improvement of physics teachers’ experiment teaching accomplishment enables students to improve their ability of experimental operation and is helpful to cultivate students’ innovative thinking and practical consciousness.
