This study takes two kindergartens of Tianhe District in Guangzhou city as example, mainly adopting questionnaire, observation and interview, to conduct a research on the kindergarten teachers’ practice ability in the physical activity into which the sensory integration training was integrated. By analyzing the teachers’behavior which was showed through their ideas, capabilities of planning and organizing, self-reflection, and its effect factors, the main problems existing in the development of practical ability will be summarized. Then the causes of the problems will be explored. Finally, the corresponding solution strategy will be proposed.Firstly,by analyzing the results that we got through questionnaire,observation and interview, this study points out that the main problems existing in the development of practical ability in the physical activity into which the sensory integration training was integrated are as follows:lack of relevant knowledge, experience and the weakness of speciality; the understanding of the integration between kindergarten physical activity and sensory integration training is shallow; the understanding of the training methods are biased so that lots of problems come out during the integration;the organizational forms is too single and the intensity, arrangement of training lack specificity and diversity; the evaluation of the effect is not scientific,and lacks effective training record, reflection and discussion.Secondly, the reasons of the problem in this study are roughly attributed to:teachers get few chances to learn the integration training theory and to receive training so that the the pace of development of their relevant professional ability is very slow; teachers fail to fundamentally grasp the value of the integration between kindergarten physical activity and sensory integration training so that they pay few attention to it; teachers fail to correctly grasp the core essence of different forms of integration; the kindergarten lacks the mechanism system that can integrate the evaluation, supervision and discussion of integration activities’effect.Finally,some corresponding solution strategies are proposed by this study:to strengthen relevant theoretical study and find diverse ways to promote relevant professional ability; to enhance the understanding of the value of integration activities, and to grasp the core principles of the integration, in another words, to grasp the principles of game-play, scientificity, diversification of organizational form and security; to strengthen the communication,reflection and discussion of the integration activities; to set up a mechanism system which includes assessment-discussion--regulation in the integration between kindergarten physical activity and sensory integration training。...
