Quality Assurance System Of University Education:from The Perspective Of Staff

With era of the popularization of higher education is coming, the quality of education attract people’s attention. From the concept of the Total Quality Management, based on quality assurance system of university education, teachers, students and the leaders (board of trustees, principals) are undoubtedly important influence factors of the quality of education. In addition, with the continuously expanding of university scale, staff spread all over the university faculties and departments and become a huge team. They make a very important difference on the quality of university education. Thus, they should be paid more attention. That determines the irreplaceable place of staff in the quality assurance of education are the intermediate, educational and ministrant character of staff’s works and sense of responsibility and professional conscience of the staff. On the one hand, university can improve staff’s professional knowledge and professional technology by training the new staff and the staff who is long for promotion or job transfer, which can enhance the staff’s professional level comprehensively. On the other hand, university can establish the perfect staff system (including the system of staff recruitnient, promotion, performance assessment and incentive) to promote effective working of the staff and really reach the goal of assuring the quality of university education.
