In fully respect the individual differences of students, train students to become the backdrop of the innovative talents, in-depth analysis and mining of full-time education theory basis and practice status of tutorial system, discusses its practical application in ordinary high school, has important practical significance.Z city the 18 th middle school to conform to the new curriculum reform and their own development needs to implement the education of the whole tutorial system. Overall education tutor system respectively have the relationship of democracy, equality,harmony, respect students' individual differences. Full to educate tutorial system is full, the whole process of education and all-round to educate the modern management concept. Overall education tutor system is suitable for the region Z city the 18 th middle school, can better adapt to Z city the 18 th middle school to cultivate the students' new demands, can cause students to become the modern innovative talents, improve the school internal development momentum. The author thinks that combining high school work and the overall education tutor system, not only enriched the high school teacher in charge of management and the teaching theory and enrich the national overall education tutor system theory, can also work for high school teaching to provide theoretical guidance and direction.This article obtains from the related theories of overall education tutor system, for the education of the whole situation of the implementation of the tutor system in Z city the 18 th middle school and overall educational problems that exist in the tutorial system implementation and its countermeasure has carried on the related research. This article consists of four parts specific content is as follows: the first part is the introduction by the selected topic basis and significance, research status at home and abroad, the thesis framework and research methods,innovation and inadequate. The second part is the related theories of overall education tutor system, including the overall education origin and meaning of the tutorial system, tutorial system and so on, to the full value and practical significance. The third part is the education of the whole situation of the implementation of the tutorial system in Z city the 18 th middle school, for example, include Z city the 18 th middle school situation, the educational situation of the implementation of the tutorial system and Z city the 18 th middle school objective analysis on the implementation of overall education tutor system. The fourth part is to improve the overall educational countermeasures on the implementation of tutorial system, is the overall education according to the Z city the 18 th middle school science tutor system and the implementation of the empirical research conclusion, and based on the analysis of measures should be improved.The innovation of this article is based on the theory about the tutorial system especially forscholars such as Wang Jun about overall educational theories of tutorial system, overall education tutor system for the new supplement and development.
