Research On The Construction Of Practice Training Base Of Higher Occupation Colleges

Training base of higher occupation colleges is an important platform for promoting combination between occupation college education and productive labor, social practice. In order to explore construction elements and teaching mode of training base in Higher Vocational Colleges, the author uses literature analysis, the case, investigation and many other research methods, studies the training base construction of vocational colleges at home and abroad, analyzes the relationship between the higher occupation education and training base, puts forward the orientation of Higher Occupation Education and particularity, points out the main problems of training base in the infrastructure conditions, staff, training content and cooperation with school and enterprise. What’s more, the author not only points out the three functions of practical training base on higher vocational college talent training, social service and the scientific research, but also designs the five factor model diagram of training base, sums up the 21 specific indicators of training base construction. Next to the author analysis four kinds of knowledge awareness when student is training with coordinate system, introduces four kinds of basic teaching methods for based theory knowledge in the higher vocational training base, such as showing and lecturing, demonstration with lecture and exploration, cooperation inquiry and study by self.Finally, taking the practice training base construction of ZhangZhou institute of Technology as an example, the author introduces construction concepts and ideas, the training environment and training management in the college training base. At last,points out some innovative achievements of the practical training base in Higher Vocational Colleges, which are the five elements of construction model and construction specifications, three kinds of teaching modes of training base and four kinds of teaching methods, the construction case of practice training base. In the future, it is need to in-depth study for mode of practice base and training management system training base of the system of running mechanism, the talent training base.
