On The Basic Issues Of Training Base Construction For Higher Vocational Colleges In China

In the new century,the economic takeoff has provided opportunities and challenges for vocational and technical education development.Vocational and technical education should fulfill its own value to meet the demand of market economy.Especially in this smart,branded and high-end manufacturing era,it should follow the trend of the times in order to cultivate more manufacturers who master high-end technologies.They will offer the intellectual support to the economic development.As the backup of applied talents in the new century,higher vocational college students should insist on the unity of study and work,hands and brains as well.Thus they will be able to apply the professional theory to the practice,testing and deepening the theory in the practice at the same time.Only through strengthening the construction of training base,will colleges change the situation that students just study but don't practice what they have learned.It is also a way to improve our soft power,to alleviate employment pressure,to promote the traditional industries,to push newly arisen industries and then to boot the development of social economy.An issue is the starting point of a research on knowing something.A basic issue is the core of the research.In recent years,the number of researches on training bases increases with each passing day.However,there have been sketchy studies about the basic issue of the construction of training bases in China.Based on that,this thesis expects to find out the basic issue that runs through the construction of the training bases in higher vocational colleges and explore some practical strategies.This thesis studies on the training bases in higher vocational colleges.Chapter One applies the literature study,the theory analysis,the comparative analysis and other research methods comprehensively to define the basic issue of the training base construction.Meanwhile,it collects and analyzes the domestic and overseas research status.Chapter Two studies the training base construction from the perspective of value,including the value target and its generation and perfection.According to the different roles of schools,enterprises and governments in the construction,Chapter Three summarizes and analyzes the various types of training bases in higher vocational colleges in China.From the point of the relationship between the training base and its related resources,Chapter Four analyzes the connection of the training base and the social resources it requires.Finally,Chapter Five searches for the practical and reasonable strategies in constructing the training bases in higher vocational colleges in China.
