Research On The Construction Effectiveness And Influencing Factors Of Training Base In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational education has always been an important component of higher education,and a large number of high-level skilled talents have been transported to the society.Practical teaching is the key to train skilled talents.Training base is the bearer of practical teaching and can not be replaced.Although the base function of the training base is service,the main body of the construction of the training base,such as enterprises,schools and government stakeholders,will pay more attention to the output of the training base.It is a feasible way to study the construction of the training base from the construction effect of the training base and to find out the problems of the construction of the training base,and to improve the construction from the relevant aspects.this study based on a large number of the relevant documents of the construction of training bases,and takes the research results of public scholars' evaluation system on the construction of training base as a reference,and according to the results of the pre-survey,finally sets the performance indicators of the training base construction as three Level indicators(social benefits,economic benefits and personnel training)and eight secondary indicators(personnel training,vocational skills,competition,employment,scientific research,economic benefits,student employment,student gains).Secondary indicators is divided into a number of small observation points.The main research methods are questionnaire and field interviews,with statistical analysis software for analysis.The main respondents are Yancheng,Jiangsu Province,GY Institute of Textile Career Group2013-2015 graduates and teachers.According to the analysis of the effect factors of the training base,namely,the relativity between the construction and the effectiveness of the training base,to find out the problems of the construction of the training base,and finally puts forward countermeasures.The results show that there are more or less problems in the construction of the training base.In order to improve the construction effect,the social service,the hardware facilities,the system and the mechanism as well as the training teachers team are the keys.
