However, the traditional university education still only focused on theoretical research and the Production practice usually was totally neglected at that time. Nowadays, American corporate universities have grown into an indispensable business strategic sectors from an educational sector who provides training for staff. At the end of the last century, American corporate Universities were transplanted into China. Chinese corporate universities have formed a certain scale in twenty years. However, "non-acclimatization "which was produced when China enterprises encounter USA mode led to the emergence of many problems in Chinese corporate universities. For these reasons, the background of the development of corporate universities in the United States would be explored firstly. Then, the author wanted to analyze deeply the Operating system of American Corporate Universities Through the case of GE Crotonville. At last, the author hopes to get some useful suggestions through comparing the Sino-US corporate universities in order to provide some reference for the development of Chinese corporate universities.
