With the advent of the information age,the competition for talent has become more fierce.Enterprises are actively undertaking universities to continuously enhance their competitiveness.Although the rapid development of the corporate university,but it faces many problems,and led to the University of the original role of social and public supplementary education is not well reflected,so the relevant issues of corporate universities for the social interests and building a socialist country has the most important significance.However,the problem of corporate university is ultimately produced in the process of personnel training,so it is extremely important to study the mode of personnel training in enterprise university.From the perspective of Human Capital Theory,this paper adopts the methods of literature research and comparative research to try to summarize the current development of corporate universities by studying the concept,history and characteristics of corporate universities.And using the case analysis method to Baidu University,for example,by studying the development of Baidu University,to further identify the problems facing the domestic corporate university training mode,and analyze the reasons for the corresponding recommendations.The thesis starts with the background,purpose and significance of the topic selection,sorts out the research status at home and abroad,and points out the research methods of this article.It defines and clarifies the related concepts about development process of enterprise university,personnel training mode and enterprise personnel training mode.Describes the status quo of the development of personnel training mode in enterprise universities.This paper screened 41 corporate universities in 14 industries.By reviewing the model of personnel training.this paper summarizes the current status of talent training mode in corporate universities,including the goal of professionalization training,the object of differential training,the composition of diversified teachers,the practicality Curriculum system,diversity training methods and comprehensive evaluation system.Through a comprehensive multi-angle study on the case of Baidu University,this paper summarizes the characteristics and existing problems of Baidu University's talent cultivation mode,provides a template for the training model of corporate university,and then proposes a clear understanding of educators essence,focus on creating features,playing a synergistic role and strengthening policy guidance related recommendations.So as to optimize the model of talent cultivation in enterprise universities and truly exert its complementary role in public education.
