The 21st century is the era of knowledge with the rapid development of science and technology, in which the talented competition is the core of social competition. How to train students’creative ability and good scientific quality has become the goal of modern education. Biology is an experimental science, and the experiment teaching is an important means to improve students’ scientific literacy. Experimental biology is not only teaching content and learning methods, but also an important way to cultivate all abilities of students. The use of experiments to develop students’ creative spirit has positive significance.This study divides the senior high biology experiment into three classes according to the aim of developing ability of biology experimental lessons. The first class biology experiment focuses on training the students’ essential experiment ability. The second class biology experiment focuses on improving the students’ability of designing the experiments. The third class biology experiment focuses on developing the students’ ability of essential scientific research.This study includes:through questionnaires to find the existing problems in Senior high school biology experiment teaching; by the documentation method to understand a variety of experimental teaching strategies and put forward training objectives for different ability levels in biological experiment teaching strategies; by the use of case studies to analyze and compare the teaching objectives, teaching mode, teaching principles, teaching methods and the role of teachers in different levels of the experimental class. The main purpose of this research is to study the feasibility and effectiveness of class Ⅲ biological experiment teaching strategies to train students biological experiment ability. Through experimental study for one academic year in two classes, results show that the use of class Ⅲ biology experimental teaching strategies can enhance students’ interests in biology learning, improve their experimental capacity and enhance their academic performances.This study is designed to explore how to promote the new curriculum reform, how to implement the concept of "for all students," and how to improve all students’ experimental ability. It also tries to accumulate some materials for the research and development of biology teaching.
