| Biological science is a laboratory-based natural science in its growth process, the experimental occupied a very important position, Which is important and difficult in biology teaching. A high school biology compulsory modules are necessary to learn the basics of other compulsory and elective modules, which experiment also accounted for half of the entire compulsory module. In order to change through effective experimental teaching students learn, develop students’ creative thinking ability, this study in Xinjiang Agricultural University Affiliated High School to carry out effective teaching first-year implementation of experimental research.In this study, randomly selected four classes of high grade one in Xinjiang Agricultural University Affiliated High School to carry out experimental teaching. In questionnaire survey, interview method, documentary study and case analysis method, the preparation program of a compulsory module,that is reasonable, practical and effective feasibility for high school biology experiment. After the implementation of effective biological experiment teaching,the subjects were selected using the same questionnaire and laboratory test volume thematic learning for students interested in biology, creative thinking ability, academic post-test survey.The results showed that:(1) the experimental group of biological interest in learning, creative thinking ability was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05), show that the effective implementation of the high school biology compulsory an experimental teaching can effectively stimulate students of biological interest in learning, improve students’ creative thinking ability.(2) the experimental project detection results are compared and found that the experimental group than the control group average high 4 points, 12.26 percent pass rate, good rate of 7.38%, excellent rate of 8.36%, indicating that the effective implementation of a compulsory high school biology experiment teaching, can improve student theorectical study results(P <0.05).In summary, the effective implementation of the biological experiment teaching not only can improve the learning ability of students to explore, develop students ’interest in learning and biological sense of innovation, but also significantly improve students’ academic theory. I hope that this study can provide a high school biology experiments required to provide a reference implementation of efficient and better advice. |
