According to the implementation requirements of The New Curriculum Standards for General High School Physics(2017 edition),teachers should cultivate students' abilities in physics concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,scientific attitude and responsibility,and the formation of students' own qualities should meet the needs of social development in the new era.On the basis of summarizing existing researches and combining with practice,this paper divides the investigation of effective teaching into three aspects in an orderly way,namely,effective analysis of learning situation before class,effective implementation of teachers in class,and effective evaluation after class,which expands the span of effective research on teaching.First of all,according to the actual situation of the case school,on the basis of referring to the relevant research,summed up the factors that affect students' physics learning.SPSS software was used to analyze the obtained survey data,and the "zone of proximal development" of the class students was obtained based on the actual situation.Secondly,in the process of teaching implementation,the teachers' ability in all aspects of the field survey to score,sort out the case school teachers' ability in all aspects of the score.Finally,this paper analyzes the teaching effect from the following three aspects: the correct rate of homework,the comparison of monthly examination,mid-term and final scores,and the dynamic distribution of the top 100 students in the grade,and further deduces the data to conclude the characteristics of students and teachers that highlight the effectiveness of teaching,as well as the evaluation criteria that are conducive to the development of students.Dig into the case school to keep the essence of effective teaching.According to the results of the practice survey,compare the characteristics and problems of uneven development of each class.The reasons for classroom inefficiency are as follows: Firstly,it deviates from students' mind,and the use of superior resources does not better match students' "appropriateness".Secondly,the knowledge taught by teachers only stays at the surface,unable to complete the "real-time" innovation of teaching design,resulting in the lack of students' learning vitality and test-taking ability.Thirdly,students lack the training of learning process,methods and emotions,lack the consistency of knowledge structure and lack of innovative thinking.Fourthly,the effectiveness of case school teaching is not reflected enough,especially the control of experimental class is quite different.Aiming at the above problems,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the common class types in case school teaching.This paper mainly discusses the effectiveness of regular teaching modes such as classroom introduction,concept consolidation and expansion,classroom summary,assignment and correction of homework,especially the handling of classroom details such as rigorous classroom language,specific teaching objectives and smooth concept generation.At the same time,it summarizes its advantages and discusses the root causes of typical problems.Finally,combined with the new curriculum standard and the existing theoretical results on effective teaching,from the pre-class learning situation,teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,after-class teaching evaluation and other aspects of the solution to the problem.
