This study based on the correlation theory of sports psychology, choosing the cell phone use dependence, skills, theoretical knowledge learning as the research object, selecting freshman to senior grade student whose student ID mantissa is 3 or 6 in four sport colleges of ordinary university as the testing object. The relationship between cell phone use and skills, theoretical knowledge learning input was studied. In this paper, literature material method, questionnaire investigation method, expert consultation method, field intervi ew method, mathematical statistics and logic analysis was used.With the methods of independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, normal distribution test, the present situation of cell phone use dependent,skills and theoretical knowledge learning input among sports majors was surveied. The relationship between cell phone use dependent, skills and theoretical knowledge learning input was studied whit correlation analysis method and regression analysis method. The results show that:1. Sports majors’ cell phone use dependence is at a level below average. Sport majors prefer to the the functions of photo, camera shooting and Weixin.2. Compared to the freshman, junior and senior students exist significant difference (P<0.05) in compulsive dimensions. The phone use dependence phenomenon of junior is the most serious, freshman is the least serious. There is no significant difference in the total score of phone use dependence and each dimension in gender. As far as the love status, there is significant difference (P<0.05) between love and not love.3. The skills and theoretical knowledge learning input of sport majors is at a level below average.4. As far as gender, there is no significant difference between the skills and theoretical knowledge learning inputant each dimension. There is no significant difference among different grade student, skills theoretical knowledge input and three dimensions of them.5. The mobile phone addiction score and the conflicting in mobile phone addiction dimension aresignificant positive correlated withthe vitality, dedication, focus, total scoreboth in theory and skills(P<0.05),and the abstinentis significant positive correlated withskill dedication,so as to skill total score(P<0.05),the abstinent in mobile phone addiction dimension are significant positive correlated with skill focus and theory dedication(P<0.01)except skill vigor, theory vigor, theory dedication and theory total score; Compulsivity is alsosignificant positive correlated with vigor, focus, totalscore both in skill and theory,as well as skill dedication (P<0.05); abstinent is positive correlated with skill focus and theory dedication(P<0.01),and it’s the same between compulsivity and theory dedication(P<0.01).6. To some extent, for the skills and theoretical knowledge learning input, cell phone use dependence has predictive effect. There is significant difference (P<0.001) between cell phone use dependent and skills, theoretical knowledge input.
