Learning transfer theory application in the education teaching have long.The< Analects of Confucius> tells us:"Not less than he tried to understand but cannot,don’t go to teach him; Less than he knows but cannot perfect express not to inspire him." Inside this mentioned extrapolate, says is the analogy of the migration method. To today, the migration as a scientific method, under the new curriculum concept of school education still occupies very important position, is very fit process of new curriculum in the 3 d object and method of the dimension. And chemistry as a based on the experiment of natural science, application of scientific methods in teaching and learning process is particularly important.This study by combing, the basic theory of learning transfer related literature, the combination of high school chemistry discipline characteristic, proposed the implementation of the migration of high school chemistry teaching principles and implementation procedures, and under the guidance of the basic theory of learning transfer shall be carried out in accordance with the categories of high school chemistry teaching innovation design. At the practice level, using in xiamen NO.1 Middle school for a good opportunity to "element compounds, sulfur dioxide chemical properties" migration teaching scheme is applied to classroom practice. Finally, summarize the results of this research, reflect on the defects existing in the research and the insufficiency, looking for the next step research direction in the future.
