Classroom management which is the basic of teaching activity has a close relationship with the improvement of classroom teaching quality and the development of students. Although the relevant research on classroom management at home and abroad have certain results, these studies is mainly theoretical, lacking of the guidance of practical operation, there has been especially so less study on the study of secondary vocational school classroom management that it cannot be improved for a long time.In this paper. The Fujian Posts and telecommunications school was taken as the main research object. It used so many research method such as literature search, questionnaire, interview method, case analysis and classroom observation, experience summary method and other research methods, focusing on classroom environment, classroom system and discipline, classroom teaching and research of interpersonal relationship. According to the result of field survey and the interview, there are many "disharmonious" exiting in the current secondary vocational classroom management, mainly contains as follows:the classroom environment still cannot meet the needs of the students’ physical and mental development; teachers are still in a dominant position, ignoring students’position and adopting single and negative measures in dealing with students; the relationship not only between teachers but also between students and teachers is disharmonious; the disparity between the classroom management and classroom teaching; teachers’ work enthusiasm is not high and so on. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation in secondary vocational classroom management, this study suggests that the idea of harmonious management classroom should be taken into the vocational school classroom and also the classroom harmonious management strategy be implemented to make the students love learning, teachers love teaching.
