In recent years,with the vigorous support of national policies,vocational education has ushered in great opportunities for development.Many secondary vocational schools have made continuous progress in broadening the channels of running schools,improving the mechanism of running schools,adjusting specialty settings,updating teaching contents and improving teaching methods,and have trained many workers and technical talents needed for modernization.With the development of economy,employers put forward higher requirements for secretaries.Now most enterprises not only put on emphasis the professional knowledge and skills of secretaries,but also the professional quality,continuous learning ability,comprehensive working ability and development potential of employees.As the core zone of training talents,classroom is the main way to train talents.The efficiency of classroom teaching directly affects the quality of teaching and various types of personnel training.Only by improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching,can we enhance the school-running ability and train students who can meet the needs of their lifelong development and social development.Highly effective classroom teaching emphasizes students as the main body,autonomous learning and cooperative learning as the main learning methods,focusing on the multi-directional interaction between teachers,students and students,cultivating students' innovative thinking ability and comprehensive ability,and promoting students' sustainable development.Firstly,this paper combs the research status,connotation,mode,effect and reflection of efficient classroom teaching at home and abroad with the method of literature research,defines the core concepts and analyses the theoretical basis,and holds that the influencing factors of classroom teaching are composed of three dimensions: students,teachers and teachingenvironment.Four secondary vocational schools of secretarial specialty in Guangxi were selected to investigate the leaders,teachers and students of secretarial specialty in the form of questionnaires and interviews.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of Secretarial Practice classroom teaching,it was found that there were some problems,such as students' low participation in the classroom,less learning achievements,no good learning habits,weak comprehensive ability,etc.Teachers' teaching methods are not updated in time,teachers' knowledge reserves are not targeted,the relationship between teachers and students is not harmonious enough,and teaching equipment needs to be strengthened.Secondly,this paper interprets the connotation of the "two-way five-step" high-efficiency classroom teaching mode,and analyses the necessity of applying the "two-way five-step" high-efficiency classroom teaching mode to the classroom teaching of secretarial major in secondary vocational schools,which has three characteristics: taking the guiding case as the grasp,rebuilding the learning process,highlighting the students' subjectivity and attaching importance to the interaction of the classroom.Analysis.According to the investigation and analysis of the current situation of Secretarial Practice classroom teaching in secondary vocational school,the author tries to avoid the above problems,and formulates the implementation process of "two-way five-step" applied to secretarial major before class,to improve the preparation system,to optimize the classroom operation mode during class,and to timely evaluate and reflect after class.According to the implementation process,the preparation of the empirical process,object and content is carried out.Then,taking the course "Secretarial Practice" as an example,the application of the "two-way five-step" high-efficiency classroom teaching model in the classroom teaching of secretarial major in secondary vocational schools is exemplified.By means of interviews and questionnaires,this paper makes an analysis of the teaching effect from the perspectives of secretarial teachers,students and themselves,and concludes that the "two-way five-step" high-efficiency classroom teaching mode is feasible in secretarial teaching.Finally,according to the three aspects of the "two-way five-step" high-efficiency classroom teaching mode to be further improved,the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward from three aspects: students-guide students to learn efficiently,teachers-enhance teachers' high-efficiency teaching ability,teaching environment-create an efficient classroom teaching environment.
