As led by modern educational concepts, to promote the arrival of the era of education reform booming, people continue to explore effective means of innovative teaching mode, deepen the concept of the "New course." The rapid development and popularization of the Internet and computer multimedia information technology is the field of education, including new educational technology products-Serious Games.Serious Games is a professor of knowledge skills, professional training and simulation practice as the main content, and participants get a personalized, interactive and entertaining learning experience of the game software. Since its inception, Serious Games has been widely used in military warfare, school education, skills training, health care and many other areas, and suitable for all ages, to meet the different needs of levels of excellent products. But in the elementary music teaching, the use of Serious Games is still an new fields in supporting teaching. The issue around this area, the use of educational research methods observation, interviews, questionnaires, experiments, etc., trying to study in depth the system from the following aspects:1. In the elaborate "Serious Games" concept and apply it to analyze the theoretical basis of the above teaching of Serious Games in learning to guide students to experience the beauty of the music and appreciate beauty, comprehensive beauty and diverse beauty, performance and other aspects of beauty and create beauty the role and value of play and conduct scientific demonstration;2. Collect, study existing music category Serious Games, they are by function, type and characteristics applicable to organize, classify and combine ideas "New course" and "Compulsory music curriculum standards," screening, subdivided for primary school various stages of music teaching, teaching objectives for different Serious Games, study as a support resource to introduce elementary school music class, carry different from the traditional curriculum design and implementation methods;3. Applied to investigate Serious Games challenges facing the teaching practice, recommendations and considerations for the use of Serious Games, music teachers assisted teaching potential problems;4. Summarizes the research on the role played by music teachers and students to bring all aspects of change, noting that favorable conditions for promoting music education in the development of Serious Games;5. Based on existing research, outlook the Serious Games application prospects and follow directions in the field of music education in order to further the development of China’s education reform and Serious Games seek to draw on the experience and enlightenment.
