This research studies teachers’professional commitment in private training school, focusing on the following three elements:the structural dimensions, psychological contract and psychological empowerment of teachers’professional commitment; barriers and reasons of professional commitment; the breakthroughs to improve teachers’ professional commitment.Through questionnaires and in-depth interviews, this study finds out the plight and causes that private training schools face in teachers’professional commitment:Due to structural imbalance, high working pressure, weak awareness of teachers’ training and absence of personnel management in private training school, teachers’ commitment to five dimensions, that is, economic commitment, affective commitment, normative commitment, ideal commitment and continuing commitment are all in low level. And teachers’ working attitudes are not satisfactory;Teachers’team management in private training school is essential. For the lack of scientific management mechanism, unconsciousness of independence and the frequent mobility of the staff, team management in private training schools causes severe challenges for sustainable development and effective management.This study suggests several ways and breakthroughs that can be used to improve the situation of private training school teachers’professional commitment from the following ways:Social security system should be further intensified and implemented to support private schools; and a fair competitive environment should be created so as to guarantee that private school teachers are legally entitled to the rights of inviolability; psychological license contracts should be internalized to improve team management; the humanity evaluation system should be optimized to create a sustainable friendly competitive atmosphere; reforms in teaching evaluation mechanism, educational and personnel system should be deeply enhanced.And attracting social elites through various channels, and implementing humanization management in order to reflect humanistic care; reasonable salary raising system should be established to enhance school welfare policy; the importance of teacher’s psychological health and the establishment of a sound and scientific teaching evaluation system should be further emphasized. And to keep talents by the way of spotting teachers, valuing teachers, training teachers, understanding teachers, caring for teachers and esteeming teachers, the private schools should advocate the concept that "people together form a group, the heart of the group together is a team". And the private training school should provide a good professional developing platform for teachers and give consideration to three developing channels, that is, self-reflection, peer support and professional guidance. Great importance should also be attached to the normalization of the exchanges of class evaluation and the art of discourse rhetoric.This study contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of the real situation and specific issues of private training school teachers’ professional commitment. The targeted countermeasures provided in the research are also helpful to promote the sustainable development of human resources in private training schools.
