College network public opinion refers to the sum of attitudes of those university interests stakeholders(such as teachers and students),as well as other Internet users concerned about the hot events of college education. Its main features are the coexistence of autonomy and conformity; rational and irrational; diversification and complexity; rapid and timely; control difficulty and iterative updating.Since 2010,we-media platform, such as micro blog and we-chat etc., has become a major media platform for college students to express their feelings. College network public opinion appeared many new features, such as fragmented, decentralized, gatekeeper-weaken, rapid spread, pan-entertainment and so on. At the same time, there have been some potential changes, such as changing the subject from adherents to talkers; changing the object from the positive news to real asks; changing the participation style from simple to diverse; changing the "gatekeeper role ". These make the work of college public opinion confronting a new challenge.Through content analysis of 1200 hot events since the last three years, I draw the propagation models separately of micro blog, we-chat and social networking sites. At the same time, through the current students surveys, the students hold less attention and recognition to the college official we-media platform, and look forward more authoritative operations to publish and respond to hot events.To sum up, in order to guide a better college network public opinion in we-media time, universities should strive to create a competitive we-media platform. To establish a student-based thought, to hold a positive guidance and self-education concept, to provide topics of practical value, educational value and entertainment elements, and to get the students’ attention and trust. In the process of negative public opinion, the university should grasp the public opinion processing rhythm; to cultivate political literacy and business literacy instructors as opinion leaders, to strength positive opinion of charisma; and after the event, to summary importance, to use we-media platform repairing damaged school image...
