Research purposes: in China today, with rapid development of women’s tennis, in Shandong province women’s tennis, though starting late, but also have a big progress in recent years, in the 12 th national games in Shandong province women’s tennis team a total of LuJingJing tennis finals seven other men at the same time, we can see clearly that the overall level of women’s tennis team needs to be improved in Shandong province, athletes in training and competition both in technology and tactics, and physical reserves has a great gap with the domestic outstanding female tennis player. Modern sports training industry thinks, technique is the foundation, physical fitness is the key, key quality include: the characteristics of physical stamina of tennis movement speed, handwaving speed, flexibility, and endurance, etc., requirement for tennis players in the process of fast running right effective offensive action, and ready for action in defense response, the action of these big strength needs to have good physical reserves to guarantee, the purpose of this paper is to explore what physical training methods to improve the tennis athletes’ physical qualities have great value; To explore suitable for real women’s tennis athletes physical training means, for the Chinese women’s tennis athletes special physical training.The object of study: women’s tennis team player, a total of 14 people in Shandong provinceMethods: the method of documentation, expert interview method, observation recording and data analysis and other research methods, through expert interviews, some women’s tennis player. Measures of physical training, and to select the experimental group and control group all players body shape and its 11 measures of training test for significance analysis, there were no significant difference between experimental group and control group(p > 0.05).Research results: Shandong province women’s tennis team fitness index test results before and after the winter training respectively:(1) the speed quality of 20 m run test index from 3.67 s to 3.67 s, while growth rate of 6.90%, control group from 3.65 s to 3.65 s, the growth rate of 1.10%; 10 m run test index increases from 1.98 s to 1.98 s, while growth rate of 7.10%, control group increases from 1.97 s to 1.97 s, the growth rate of 2.03%.(2) the power quality index of push-ups index group grow from 22 to 26, the average growth rate of 18.2%, the control group by the growth from 23 to 25, the average growth rate of 8.7%; Before throwing solid ball strength index group team average increases from 8.82 m to 8.82 m, the average growth rate of 4.19%, control group average increases from 8.81 m to 8.81 m, the growth rate of 1.80%; Vertical longitudinal legs jump power quality index scores by 0.38 m, up to 0.44 m, the growth of 0.06 m, controls the vertical jump performance by 0.39 m, up to 0.42 m, growth of 0.03 m;(3) the endurance quality indicators tennis special endurance test to rise to 4.5 from 4.8 before the winter training, the average growth of 0.3, the average growth rate of 6.7%, the control test score increases from 4.4 to 4.4, the average growth of 0.3, the average growth rate of 6.8%; Fitness test on a multistage BeapTest experimental group after the winter training increases from 7.6 to 7.6, the growth rate of 44.7%, the control increases from 7.6 to 7.6, the growth rate of 21%.(4) the sensitive quality six edge jump index of the experimental group and control group by the winter training before 14.8 s, 14.6 s growth of 12.9 s, 13.7 s respectively, the growth rate of 12.8%, 6.2% respectively. Forehand side lateral movement experimental result from 2.58 s to 2.58 s, growth rate of 7.81%, the control performance from 2.57 s to 2.57 s, the growth rate of 6.61%; Backhand side lateral movement from 2.71 s to 2.71 s, while growth rate of 6.65%, control group from 2.69 s to 2.69 s, the growth rate of 5.20%.(5) the quality of flexible ZuoWeiTi proneness indexes group by 10.5 cm to 12.9 cm, the control group by 10.3 cm to 11.8 cm, the average growth rate of 22.9%, 14.6% respectively.Research conclusion:(1) women’s tennis team in Shandong province using the new method of physical training in Shandong women’s tennis team athletes speed, strength, flexibility, sensitivity of quality influence there was a significant difference compared with the traditional methods, the effect is obvious.(2) the traditional physical training methods to the improvement of quality of women’s tennis team Shandong endurance athletes there is no significant difference compared with the new method, has certain effect.(3) through the forehand side lateral mobility, backhand side lateral mobility, push-ups, vertical longitudinal legs jump in succession, crook proneness of the five indicators of test can clearly shandong women’s tennis team through the physical training after the application of new method are close to national team athletes index level accordingly.
