Tennis is a tactical and high fitness programs,fitness level restricts the tactics of learning and play in the game,to improve the physical fitness level at the same time and can effectively prevent sports injury and prolong life movement.The theory and practice of tennis physical training competitive tennis has always been a major area of concern.As a fashionable,elegant sport,tennis is ornamental,participation,sports and fitness in one of the friends,get popular with people of all ages,in recent years popular tennis rapid development in China.However,due to the public nature of participants on the tennis movement characteristics of cognition and influence and popular tennis the teaching cost and other factors,China's popular tennis fitness training from theory to practice the lack of attention,affecting the overall development of mass tennis.At the same time,the popular tennis physical training from the current training condition and competitive tennis are very different,in order to improve the mass of the tennis players physical fitness level,promote public sphere network With the development of theory and practice,this topic is based on the physical characteristics and practical needs of the mass tennis,and carries out theoretical and empirical research on the design of the methods of public physical fitness training,in order to enrich the theory of tennis ball trainingThis study used the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interviews,the methods of experimental research and logical analysis,the current situation of mass tennis fitness training,investigation and analysis of the restricting factors and demand.Theoretical research of mass tennis training method design,and empirical studies to test the design method for the public rationality,provides a method of design of tennis coaches in guiding physical training ideas,procedures,principles and practical basis.Through research,we can draw the following conclusions:1.Mass tennis participants do not pay attention to physical training,their physical basis is weak,individual differences are more significant2.From participating in the training period of the public to participate in the sport of tennis tennis participants with increased years of training frequency and training time,number and time each week participation has increased.In the process of participation in tennis,arrange the proportion of physical training is very small,its content to strength,endurance.Theoretical research of mass tennis fitness training the coaches,and the popular tennis participants awareness of physical fitness and venues,equipment and restricts the development of network public sphere can be trained.3.The injuries of the public tennis participants were sorted out questionnaire and literature,that tennis is a very high rate of injury and progress projects,sorting out the sports injury place,type and cause.4.The design procedure and design principle of the ball net energy training method are put forward5.Dynamic stretching exercises can help the public tennis players quickly,fully and fully exercise their bodies,strengthen their physical quality and prevent injuries effectively6.Tennis special action exercises can help the public tennis participants to reconstruct the correct tennis movement pattern,improve the force structure of stroke action,and enhance the energy transmission efficiency of power chain...
