Nowadays, sports injury is a common phenomenon came out in professional tennis players. For professional tennis players, injury is not only harmful to their bodies but also influential to their minds, which directly affect their athletic training and competitive level.Top foreign professional league(such as four tennis Grand Slam and Masters Series Cup), multi-game system Sports Development and the athletes in recovery after demanding requirements, traditional recovery methods difficult to adapt to today’s competition pattern, athletes can not continue to maintain a high competitive state, the injury rate has been high. FMS as a new means of Functional evaluation and training abroad has been a wide range of promotion and application. Preparing for the 2012 London Olympic Games period, many of our national team to the introduction of FMS, practice has proved effective in the prevention of injuries and Evaluation function defect,provides a good technical support for athletes in professional league.This research methods used in this paper include literature material, mathematical statistics, testing and logic analysis.This paper uses FMS to discover the functional action problems in Shandong province tennis players, analyzing the relationship among the FMS results, athlete age, BMI and years of training. And according to the whole stability of physical control, flexibility, and proprioception ability of Shandong province tennis players,this paper aims to make corresponding corrective training plans, in order to prevent the damage of tennis players and provide theories and practice bases for scientific training in the future.Through theses researches, the conclusions are as followed:1.FMS is used in Shandong province tennis players, the stability and flexibility of athletes are screened but the results are not ideal.According to the seven results of FMS, some Shandong province tennis players’ shoulder joint flexibility is poor, the flexibility and stability of the hip joint is weak, physical coordination is relatively poor, core control ability remains to be further improved.2. For the first time in the trunk rotation stability tests, 11 players are unable to complete the three points of action using ipsilateral limbs, which shows that the athlete’s core strength is weak, the hit efficiency is low,the core region is unable to give full play to their role as the energy flow.3.According to the FMS results of Shandong province tennis players, making the corresponding corrective training plans, especially aiming at the athlete’s movement defect, like imbalance, asymmetry and limitation. After 12 weeks of corrective and functional training, the movement defects of athletes are improved, the potential risk of sports injury is reduced, which plays an important role in preventing sports injury.
