Research purpose: Aerobics is a kind of project which is characterized by skill leading class and difficult and beautiful.In pursuit of improving aerobics,people also have to face the higher risk of injury accompanied by the improvement of technical difficulty.Therefore,how to in training through the screening of effective scientific methods and carry out targeted training to prevent and reduce the damage effect become placed in aerobics,aerobics is a common problem in front of fans,coaches and scientific research personnel.Functional movement screening(FMS)since the2008 Beijing Olympic Games an assessment of the risk of injury in sports teams in China commonly used means,but not on the verification of functional movement screening(FMS)whether the risk of injury occurred in the training of aerobics and effective prediction.This paper takes Shandong Sports Institute Art Department of Sports Aerobics students as the research object,the use of functional movement screen(FMS)will be divided into the damage in high risk group and low risk group in injury,and then within each group was randomly divided into correction group and control group,through the 8 week training course and corrective training intervention,functional verification the action of screening(FMS)can effectively predict the occurrence of injury and functional movement based on screening(FMS)correction training can effectively reduce the damage,so as to provide an empirical basis for the aerobics training in injury prevention.Through this study,to verify functional movement screening(FMS)can predict women's risk of acute sports aerobics students injury;and to verify in the aerobics training,whether corrective training can effectively improve the functional action of screening(FMS)score and reduce the incidence of acute injury of aerobics training in.In order to provide scientific guidance for the prediction of Aerobics injuries in two aspects of theory and practice.Methods: A total of 58 aerobics students were tested for functional exercise screening(FMS)with 14 points as a standard,less than 14 points,and higher than 14points(14 points)Injury low risk group.The high risk group was randomly divided into high risk intervention group and high risk group.The low risk group was randomly divided into low risk intervention group and low risk group.There were no significant differences in height,weight,age,and training years between the four groups.All 58 aerobics girls received eight weeks of special training,in which the use of corrective training to high-risk intervention group and low-risk intervention group to intervene,the other two groups in accordance with the traditional training mode,do not intervene.The risk of acute injury was predicted by FMS before and after the training of the four groups before and after the eight weeks of training.The risk of acute injury was verified by the analysis of the acute injury rate between the two groups before and after the high risk group and the low risk group.And the validity of the corrective training intervention was tested from the aspects of FMS score,acute injury rate and special ability level.(FMS)and special indicators of aerobics students,after eight weeks of training to collect test data.Research result:1.FMS test scores higher,aerobics professional sports the lower the possibility of injury;the other hand,FMS test scores lower,aerobics professional sports damage the higher the possibility.2.Corrective training according to the characteristics of different sports sports,the right medicine,to develop a relatively effective training program.3.In the correct and correct training,training FMS test scores lower,the more obvious increase.Conclusion:1.functional exercise screening(FMS)can predict the injury risk for Aerobics girls in a certain extent;2.Corrective training intervention can reduce the incidence of acute sports injuries and enhance the scores of functional exercise screening(FMS)for Aerobics girls.
