Competitive volleyball,strong confrontation,fast attack and defense conversion and other technical and tactical characteristics determine that athletes must have a high level of special physical fitness and special skills and high-level special technical levels and good physical quality should be based on physical flexibility and stability.FMS is a simple,fast and effective method for evaluating the basic movement patterns of the human body,comprehensively checking the flexibility and stability of the human body and confirming,classifying and sorting the limitations,compensation and asymmetry of the body's functional movements.Therefore,in-depth analysis of FMS test results of female volleyball players of different levels in China's adult women's volleyball,young women's volleyball,sports school juvenile women's volleyball and other women's volleyball teams employ literature data method,testing method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method.The stability and the difference in body function and action ability are the same,and whether long-term special exercise training has an impact on basic exercise ability.Trying to find the characteristics and laws behind the FMS score,with a view to revealing the kinematic characteristics of high-level sports injuries of women volleyball players of different levels and their similarities and differences,providing support for the staged and orderly training of physical function correction training for women volleyball players of different levels The Chinese women's volleyball team provides theoretical reference for more targeted and scientific physical training.The research results are as follows:1.The total score of FMS of female volleyball players of different levels in China shows a downward trend with the increase of training years and age.Among them,the overall average score of adult women's volleyball is only 12.60 ± 4.00 points,and 60.98% of them are below the risk threshold of 14 points,and there are many athletes with potential injury risks.2.The lower limbs of women volleyball players of different levels generally show good left-right symmetry(P> 0.05),and at the same time,the hamstrings,calf triceps and other posterior leg muscle groups have good flexibility.As the level of exercise continues to increase,lower-limb muscle strength and lower-limb stability increase,but hip,knee,and ankle joint flexibilities decrease,hip flexion ability,ankle dorsiflexion stability,and quadriceps flexibility decrease.The trend is that the number of people performing modern compensation actions is gradually increasing.In addition,the adult women's volleyball knee and ankle joints have more latent pain.3.The flexibility of the shoulder blade joints of the women's volleyball team of the sports school and the young women's volleyball team performed well.The adult women's volleyball team showed a significant decrease(P <0.001)compared with the former two.47.56% of the players had potential invisible shoulder pain.The flexibility of the right shoulder of the sports school women's volleyball team was significantly worse than that of the left side(P <0.05),and the right side of the adult women's volleyball team was significantly worse than that of the left side(P <0.001).4.The body torso of women volleyball players of different levels has poor performance both in the sagittal static stability and the dynamic balance and stability.The strength and neuromuscular coordination ability of the core area of the human body are generally weak,which is a common problem for women volleyball players.5.In terms of different special positions,the scores of different special positions of the sports school women's volleyball team and the young women's volleyball team are higher than the risk threshold of 14 points.Only the free women's total score of the adult women's volleyball team is higher than 14 points.The main attacking special team members: The sports school women's volleyball team and the young women's volleyball team's attacking team members' functional movement ability is generally close,and they all perform well.Only the lower limb joint flexibility and lower limb muscle flexibility are slightly inadequate.Adult female volleyball main attacking players are significantly worse than the first two(P <0.001).Vice-attack special team members: generally show good flexibility of the lower back muscles of the lower limbs.Young women's volleyball team's lower-arm joint flexibility,hip bending ability,and trunk stability control ability are slightly inadequate.,The quadriceps and other anterior muscle groups of the lower limbs are not flexible enough.Special set for second pass: The overall score is higher,and there is no significant difference between women volleyball players of different levels(P> 0.05).The flexibility of the shoulders and the active flexibility of the lower chain rear group are better,but the young women 's volleyball and the adult women 's volleyball setter The anterior muscle groups such as the quadriceps muscle and the flexibility of the lower limb joints showed a downward trend.Responding to the special team members: the overall performance of the hamstrings,calf triceps and other hind leg muscles is better.Young women's volleyball team members have insufficient hip flexibility and ankle dorsiflexion,while adult women's volleyball team members' hip,knee,and ankle flexibility and shoulder flexibility are slightly weaker.Freeman: The overall score is higher than the 14-point risk threshold cutoff point,and the flexibility of the lower back muscles is good.The total score of free women in adult women's volleyball is significantly lower than that of the former two(P <0.01).The flexibility of the lower limb hip joint,the flexibility of the thigh femoral quadriceps,and the flexibility of the shoulder joint are insufficient.
