The Research On The Construction Of Incentive Mechanism Of Members Of Democratic Parties In Colleges And Universities

Members of democracy parties in colleges and universities play an important role in higher education modernization, is also the solid foundation for the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation. But compared with its important status, view about how to motivate the enthusiasm of this special group also lack of system and in-depth research. And as China’s economic and social development and the advancement of the democratic process, a special group in the personnel structure, values, etc are also new changes have taken place. Based on the above consideration, this paper tries to do the research of construction an incentive mechanism of members of democracy parties in colleges and universities for further discussion.The basic track of this article is: how to use the theory of incentive and the political party system with Chinese characteristics, combined with the members of democracy parties in colleges and universities demand of empirical research, analysis of incentives, determine the principle of mechanism building, puts forward the model of incentive mechanism of the democratic parties members and further countermeasures and suggestions. Specifically, this paper first defines the democratic parties, incentives, incentives and other core concepts, and from the perspective of political party system operation modes and functions of democratic parties to comb the theory of political party system with Chinese characteristics, and also briefly analyzes the hierarchy of needs theory, achievement needs theory,equity theory,goal setting theory and goal setting theory. Secondly, through the life, work and democratic participation three dimensions design of questionnaire, acquire the interests of the data about this special group, then analysis the motivating factors. Thirdly, through the analysis of the particularity of the democratic parties members in colleges and universities and the common problems of the democratic party organizations at the grass-roots level, put forward that the reason of this special group in colleges and universities incentive is: need of the construction of colleges and universities, training the democratic parties on behalf of the people’s needs and the needs of the construction of party system with Chinese characteristics. At last, the establishment of colleges and universities democratic parties members incentive mechanism should follow the basic principles: people-oriented, timely and moderately, overall consideration, on the basis of the combination of material incentive and spiritual incentive, building contains many subject two-way communication and incentive mechanism model of whole process. At the same time, in order to guarantee the functioning of the mechanism, and further put forward: to respect the subject status of the democratic party members in colleges and universities; build system of management by objectives; to promote reform of the personnel system; the introduction of performance management in colleges and universities system; countermeasures and suggestions such as setting up care support system.
