Selection directly under the ministry of education of seven universities in wuhan city, a total of 500 college students as the subjects, recycling effective questionnaire 468, of whom 219 males and 249 females.By studying the different exercise behavior(including the exercise time, frequency, intensity), amount of exercise and exercise linear with different gender, grade, professional college students’ psychological well-being, life satisfaction and then discusses the influence of physical training on college students’ life satisfaction, autonomy and control of environment, personal growth, positive relationships, life goals, self-acceptance, the seven aspects of the specific role. Studies have shown that:(1) the exercise behavior of college students(including movement frequency, time and strength) of the differences in gender, professional, grade are reached the significant level.(2) the amount of exercise on college students’ psychological well-being, life satisfaction have significant impact.(3) the amount of exercise and college students’ psychological well-being, life satisfaction have significant positive correlation.(4) exercise linear quantity on college students’ psychological well-being, life satisfaction have significant impact.(5) exercise linear and college students’ psychological well-being, life satisfaction have significant positive correlation.Based on the investigation and study, the paper puts forward suggestions for improving the physical and mental health of college students from the perspective of physical exercise in this paper:(1) the cultivation of College Students’ interest in physical exercise;(2) the construction of physical exercise and physical exercise social support network;(3) to create a good sports environment, provide policy support.To improve college students’ psychological well-being and life satisfaction, to help them form a correct world outlook, the outlook on life and values, shape the good psychological quality, to experience a positive state of mind, to promote the healthy growth of body and mind has an important positive guiding role, at the same time also to make them become the new century national development, national revitalization of pillars just has a positive and important impact on the road.
